A personal recipe that took months to perfect. It’s tangy. It’s creamy. The name says it all! Made with real fresh garlic bits, Alek's Mom Garlic sauce will surely be a staple in your pantry. Available in 300 ml bottles.

Frozen Authentic

Beef Kofta Kebabs

One of the recipes Alek’s Mom learned during her stay in Saudi Arabia. Our Kebabs are made of premium, grass fed, New Zealand beef, using fresh ingredients and spices to ensure quality and flavor. It is necessary to keep them frozen as it has no added extenders and preservatives. One pack contains 7 Beef Kofta Kebabs, weighs 500grams and retails at PHP550. Available in spicy and not spicy variants.

Chicken Tikka Two Ways

A classic Indian dish with our personal twist! Chicken thigh fillets marinated, in our secret blend of spices, overnight before freezing. Our recipe can be cooked two ways, thus the name. It can be grilled (Tikka) or cooked with tomato gravy and butter (Butter Chicken)! Cooking instructions for the “Two Ways” are included in the pack. One pack contains 500grams of marinated chicken and retails at PHP450. Available in spicy and not spicy variants.

Ricamarie Taylor, founder and owner of Alek's Mom, is a single mom who thrives to make healthy and delicious dishes for Alek everyday. A former beauty queen turned flight attendant turned business owner, this lady always makes it a point to pay it forward by supporting the children of indigenous tribes in Mindoro.

How we give back

It is important for Alek's Mom to continue on inspiring the next generation of innovators. In our small way of providing the indigenous children of brand new school supplies, we hope we are able to inspire the children to keep on dreaming and to never stop on reaching for the stars.
