italy’s #1 coffee shop Sant’ Eustachio il caffè opened their sister company café in the PH named, cafe moka. it’s more like a hole-in-the-wall bar than a café actually, yet poshly intimate, 100% instagrammable and serves legit coffee offerings that commercial coffee shops oughta be ashamed of themselves. i reco you indulge in their SALT COFFEE. the salty slightly sweet froth against that intense coffee will leave you hooked.

tai koo’s char siu is much leaner yet still flavorful and i reco yah get the char siu dried hk noodles set coz the noodles has a lil flavor to ‘em too, the beef wagyu is tender and oh so delish and end it sweet w/ their buchi - fried rice balls coated w: seasame seeds and filled w/ red bean paste is a crowd fave.

my all-time faaave milk tea is always, always, CHATIME! my go-to drink is a large, strawberry milk tea, 70% sugar, less ice and w/ add-on pearls. i think the add real strawberry jelly/jam in there and it just works w/ that creamy milk tea and their pearls are always the best consistency ive had - slightly tough, yum!
