The outer stones are ethical diamonds and the center stone if your choice of an ethical lab-created gemstone or diamond. This item is made to order and you are welcome to request natural gemstones and diamonds of any kind. I will quote you a custom price for alternate gemstones not listed on the item. The center gemstone is 2 mm and the outer is 1.5 mm. The band is dainty round 1.4 mm. Because this is a custom piece made to your specifications it is a final sale. The gold and platinum generally take 2-3 weeks to make and silver will take about 4 weeks.
