Xiaolongbao is one the most famous Chinese food especially in foreign countries. However in Shanghai, one of the top places to try this steamed bun goodness is from Jia Jia Tang Bao. The steamed bun prepared in a small bamboo steaming basket which is called a xiaolong in chinese hence the name is bursting with flavors at first bite as you both get soup and meat inside.
