The toilets before the immigration are clean. APEC line (ABTC) is on the right side (facing the counters), and the toilets are on the right of that. Although if you go through ABTC, the toilets right past those counters looked relatively clean too (from the outside, didn’t check the inside). Once you get past customs with your luggage, the money changer with Bank BRI gives you these 20,000 IDR coupons which you can use to exchange for whatever you want. We got a couple of bottles of Evian out of it yay
