Sinigang is known as an all-time classic Pinoy dish, and I believe Manam cooks a heavenly version of this popular Pinoy ulam! I miss it so much that I tried to recreate it here in London, but the taste is just not the same. So just go here, and you’ll know!

Manam’s Sisig is the best for me! At the same time, their refreshing shakes like Ube Sago are just so good! I remember bringing all my expat colleagues here every time they visit the Philippines.

If all you can think of lately is comfort food, head over to Manam for an extensive selection of Filipino favorites to cheer you up during gloomy days. It’s hard to score seats as they don’t accept reservations, so it is recommended to go earlier than usual. Customers wait to be seated just for a taste of their Kare-Kare, which you can enjoy with either seafood or oxtail.

When you eat out, you might want to try every single kind of flavor there is; but, sometimes, the only thing that can really hit the spot is a traditional dish like kare-kare, sisig, or crispy pata. Pay a visit to Manam where there are a few twists thrown in of our usual favorites such as crispy palabok or puto bumbong with muscovado.

Manam’s House Crispy Sisig is the ideal introduction to the sizzling delicacy. You get all the original scrumptiousness, sans the challenge of eating pig’s face and offal. Every spoonful is packed with chicharon (pork cracklings), garlic, onions, ginger, and chili peppers, making for a flavorful and well-textured bite. Pair it with a cup of steaming hot garlic rice, and you’ve got a dangerously addictive combo!

When we want to binge on Filipino food, this is where we go. Make sure to order the House Crispy Sisig and Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon! Polish off your meal with my personal favorite on the dessert menu: Puto Bumbong.

Love the gourmet! This restaurant serves Filipino cuisine. We personally loved the Baked C-Sig, Bagoong Paella Kare-Kare, and Adobo Project 2! The beef adobo flakes were perfectly shredded turning into crispy flakes. Too good not to ask for an extra rice!
