When you ask me for good steak, I immediately think of Mamou. Named so as it is the second home of the popular restaurant in Bonifacio Global City, this Rockwell Center branch is just as good. (Their third branch is named Mamou 3.0!) Don’t ask me why I like this location better because I just do. Order the Stracciatella, Angus Ribeye USDA Prime Grade Steak, Lorenzo’s Truffle Cream Pasta, and Key Lime Pie to share with the table. You won’t regret it.

If you love steak, then you’ve probably heard all about Mamou. Carnivores flock over to try their signature cuts, but their show-stopping Sinigang shouldn’t be missed either. Made with top-notch Kurobuta (Japanese black pig) as its main ingredient, their recipe takes the Wagyu or Kobe Beef equivalent of pork to complement the outstanding sour broth of their Sinigang.
Our fam’s go-to for steak. Pair the dry-aged Porterhouse Steak with their Truffle Pasta and mashed potatoes. 😋 Annnnd, don’t forget the red wine! 😁
