I’ve heard about their 8 flavors of Xiao Long Bao from my friends, but have yet to try it myself. Apparently, this is a Singaporean chain that specializes in Southern and Northern Chinese cuisine. I hope to try it next time I’m in the area!

Paradise Dynasty is one of the restaurants that I would go to when I wanted authentic Chinese food. They have an open kitchen here at The Podium so you can see clearly how they prepare your food. Some of my favorite dishes are: Crispy Fried Crystal Prawns tossed in Salted Egg Yolk - these are the best and I keep on ordering this every visit. Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken - I super love this even if it's sooo spicy. Deep-fried Duck with Steamed Buns – Perfectly marinated duck with white peppercorns and Sichuan pepper carefully fried to ensure the crispy texture Grouper with Pine Nuts and Fruits – Meticulously fried to become golden in color then topped with special sauce and grilled pine nuts Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly – A very famous dish in China where the pork is accurately glazed with various sauces to achieve the right flavor. Bok Choy with Garlic – Authentic Bok Choy cooked slowly to encapsulate the fresh taste of garlic.
