I already went here on my first trip to Seoul, but figured my family should see it as well! After all, this used to be the main royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty. It’s amazing how it stands in the middle of all the modern structures Seoul has built since—still one of my favorite things about this city! You can’t help but be in awe of how much heritage they’ve been able to preserve. (Yes, @caldefool was game enough to try the hanbok with me! 😜)
