When you see the map of France, the variety of food is amazing. Burgundy and Alsace are next to each other, but you look at winemakers, the vegetables, and fruits, they’re totally different. There are so many different terrains in France that we are quite focused on our food from different region, but I can tell you for many years that the culinary knowledge is disappearing because a lot of French are going overseas. Here are some of the very local restaurants I like in France!

I think this is something you should do. They put all the meat facing the customer, and you can try the meat you want. It’s a very traditional French steakhouse. You can choose your meat from this specific area, they also have very good cheese.

This is a very funny one, really old school. The waiters are 60 years old. The chef is screaming in the kitchen, you can hear him. They have mimosa eggs, french bean, puff pastry, tortes... The menu is so big! You have the Endive Salad, you have the Roast Chicken which is nice. Very authentic.
