Peel back the “instagrammable” elements of this metaphoric onion, lies the most authentic Southern Italian Pizza you’ll find in HK (Focaccia). As pretty as the pastries look, the savoury section (pizzas) and bread are often not “sexy” enough to be featured in our “Instagram Reporters” vogue front pages, but I assure you, the focaccia (spicy ham, mozzarella di bufala etc) , focaccia pugliese (potato based focaccia) and assortment of bread from the counter are the unsung heroes of this pricey-but-worth-it-if-you-know-what-to-pick jaunt.
