Everything you get here is guaranteed to put a smile on your face! I've yet to taste real Mexican food (you know, that's really from Mexico) but I reckon it's something like Lo de Alberto's menu. The staff are superb at their Makati branch—friendly, efficient, and quick! The Gorditas are a must-try; it was so good, my friends and I ordered another one right after finishing one plate!

Finally got to try this last Saturday! My friend and I were there right when it opened so we had the whole place to ourselves 👌🏽We shared the taco platter & the ceviche, paired with cocktails cause it’s never too early to drink on the weekend 🤷🏻♀️
This is currently my favorite Mexican restaurant! Very limited space, but you’re guaranteed to enjoy your meal if you manage to get a table or a seat at the bar. You can watch as they make your food! Get the Chilaquiles, Tacos Ensanada, Gorditas (with vanilla ice cream!), and Horchata.

One of the best Taquerias in the Philippines! First tried it in 2016, then added it to my list of go-to’s whenever my friends and I would do our annual food trip! So thankful that they also opened up a stall in The Grid in Powerplant Mall. My go-to’s are the Carnitas, Camaroncito, Wagyu Tacos, and the Tuna Tostada! Tell me what’s yours!!! 😁

Because it’s @elaine recommended, I got to have it! 🤣 La Chinesca is a solid fresh taco place that also serves Horchata (with Orange zest!), and the best Chicharrón taco with generous condiments on the side. If you are not a pork/beef fan, Camaroncito is packed with all that cheese and seafood goodness. This is legit Mexican, man! 👌🏻 A little expensive though for a SMALL taco (P140-200 per) but it’s worth all the juice that drips from your mouth and fingers. 😂 An average person can finish 2-3 tops so about P700/head is fine. BTW, La Chinesca has partnered with Sensei (that’s why you see a Tuna Tartare right here) and moved to #181 Aguirre Street. It lacked a screaming signage so just in case you get lost along Aguirre, it’s beside The Farmery. 📸 @violator666

Another famous hang out place talked about by my friends. It’s amazing how after reading so many articles about food that I realize that there’s a lot of restaurants that I haven’t tried.
