Si Aling Lucing ang original na nagpakilala ng authentic sisig dito sa Pampanga. Dati lang siyang nagbebenta ng inihaw na pisngi at tenga bago maging sikat ang kanyang mga luto. Binisita na ang kanyang restaurant ng madaming sikat na mga personalities, gaya nila Anthony Bourdain at Erwan Heussaff. Masarap yung sisig nila! Sisig in its purest form, gaya ng sinabi ko sa Episode 1. Mayroon siyang unique sour taste.

This night was surreal and special, we booked for their special menu for 2021 New Year’s Eve countdown. The food choices we made are gastronomic. I posted their special NYE menu in the photos. We had pizza, pasta, pan-grilled chops and their house platter. We left the place happily remembering the ultimate experience of having good food, the best 360 view in the eve of New Year and most of all, having our furbabies with us to welcome the new year 🥹 We couldn’t ask for a more perfect date.
