BLACK SCOPE CAFE SM CITY BICUTAN Another happy place for me since hello, milk tea and other cold drinks! (F)OOD: I was able to taste their Ovaltine drink and their Ghirardelli drink and these were all so yummy! Maybe because I am biased to anything chocolatey cold. Yet to try their other milk tea offerings though. (A)MBIENCE: They have ample spaces for small groups or for twos but not enough for big barkadas who love to hangout in milkshops. They are also located in front of a lotto outlet and it's an open space so not much privacy. (B)UTLER SERVICE: No problems with the staff, they are quick enough to create the drinks.
