A cobblestone stretch in Edinburgh, Cockburn Street stood as the backdrop of one of Avengers: Infinity War’s grandest combats. While on their sweet honeymoon-esque retreat, Scarlet Witch, also known as Wanda Maximoff, and The Vision (portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, respectively) are thrown back into the chaos as members of The Black Order come for the Mind Stone. The fight scenes were mainly shot on the nostalgic thoroughfare—which greatly ended up in a rubble in the movie. On a normal war-of-gods-free day, navigate through narrow alleys alongside locals and tourists to find hole-in-the-wall restaurants, quaint souvenir shops, and historic landmarks around the area.
