The “like-your-friend’s-house” dining room interiors of Upstairs at Mikkeller invites diners to indulge in a 10-course tasting menu of what chef Dan Bark (of three Michelin Star restaurant Grace in Chicago, USA) calls “Progressive American” cuisine. Despite being part of craft beer house Mikkeller, one Michelin Star Upstairs at Mikkeller steers clear of pub grub and, instead, serves dishes fused with ingredients and techniques that transcend cultures and geographies. Upstairs at Mikkeller’s menu of delicate flavors are accompanied by six special beers from Denmark, New Zealand, and USA.
