Launched in 2013, The Butchers Club is the brainchild of a group of passionate chefs and butchers in Aberdeen. Since then, they have consistently received rave reviews for their “nose-to-tail” approach to burger making. Out of the brand’s signature dry-aged Australian Angus steaks, the rest of the cuts are ground and sprinkled with a secret seasoning blend for a ridiculously pleasurable finish. “The Burger” is your best bet for a taste of their signature patty, served with a thick cut of maple bacon, tomato, loads of cheese, and a secret house sauce that will keep you coming back for more.
