They were frustrated by the “Greek-style” yogurts being sold in the United States so they returned to Greece to study the old-world techniques they grew up with in their hometown. Now, their Greek yogurt is made with farm fresh milk delivered daily from upstate New York. They use a family recipe that makes use of bag-straining techniques passed down from their ancestors.
