Most restaurants are proud of their varied menu selections, but Bistecca is an exception. Their main course only has one item, the Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Truth be told, there really is no reason for a customer to opt for something else. The dish is a T-bone steak, and you get to decide its weight serving. It is then perfectly matched with any of their side dishes and cocktails, depending on your choice. Getting to this restaurant is an adventure on its own.
