Find the black door near a humble market stall, press the brass buzzer, and enter the home of some of Hong Kong’s greatest cocktails. 001 takes the speakeasy scene up a notch with sophisticated interiors, plush velvet seating, and classic jazz music playing in the background. Aside from their excellent collection of whisky and spirits, their Old Fashioned is considered to be the best in the city. Take a few swigs and feel yourself becoming a regular with each visit.
