The bar is a nod to writer Ernest Hemingway, whose works like "The Sun Also Rises" and "A Farewell to Arms" inspired its 9-item cocktail menu. Tropical-themed stools beckon guests to settle down and check out the bar's special cooling strip, designed to keep drinks at a cool temperature. Start the night with "The Snows of Kilimanjaro", which is a mix of marshmallow gin, lacto-fermented raspberry, citrus, and topped with Gruyere. Feel free to experiment as well, with their line of experimental cocktails that feature out-of-the-box flavors, including pineapple rum and rosemary-infused Pisco.
