Lau Sum Kee prides itself on their quality wonton noodles. Their dough is pressed using a bamboo rod for even pressure, which results in a better texture. Even the late American chef Anthony Bourdain appreciated the restaurant’s traditional way of making noodles. When you visit, make sure to try their wonton soup noodles and noodles with dried shrimp roe.
