Put a little twist in your phở by having it at Phở Hùng! The restaurant serves phở khô (dried noodles), which separates the meat and noodles from the broth. It’s primarily done to highlight the different textures in the dish: springy noodles, luscious meat (pork, beef, or shredded chicken), and the sweet soup. When you’re done delighting in each component, you may combine everything and have it just as you do your usual phở.
