On the lower level of an ancestral house lining Plaza Salcedo, Tongson’s Royal Bibingka serves a local version of Bibingka (rice cake). Definitely grab a box of the sticky Filipino snack, but go deeper into the shop to find a selection of Longganisa in the freezers. Visit everyday to replenish your supply of Vigan’s best!
