The spiced grey matter is a local specialty in Hyderabad, India. It’s fried, with a masala (spice mix), seeping distinct Indian flavors into each bite. Pair with a pile of Khameeri Roti (soft flatbread) and start the day a little more—dare we say—brain-y!
