L’Enclume’s farm-to-table approach is awarded two Michelin stars and the second spot on The Good Food Guide’s Top UK Restaurants list. The restaurant curates a menu off of fresh produce from their own farm, as well as the surrounding Cumbrian countryside. Kick back at the delicately restored ironmonger building as you delight in their roster of creative dishes. Take advantage of the sommelier, and ask for the best wine to pair with your meal.

Hmmmnn.. Where my husband took me for our first anniversary in 2013. Where he swept me off my feet with a plate of salmon for P2,000, a fruit Pavlova for a thousand bucks and a lychee Martini for a few hundred bucks. 🥴 I appreciated the gesture but seriously a kiss would’ve done it (said my hypocrite self). HAHA!

Opened in 2016 this restaurant led the farm to table trend in Bangkok with meats, cheese and wine from organic farms and artisan foodmakers. It also tastes good :)
