3Although I've never been to this place which is ironic since it's right beside my boarding house (I can clearly see it from our top floor), I'm sure this is one place you should definitely check out when you're in Miagao. Their bright lights, whimsical garden and afternoon music is something to look out for, among other things. Hopefully I can visit this when I go back to Miagao.
