Lovely old English pub in the tiny village of St Mary in the Marsh. Big garden with view of church. Play equipment for children. I had a ham and cheese ‘ploughman’s lunch’ , typical and yummy English country fare. Simple pleasures after lockdown!

This is a nice place to go especially if you want a solitude and just want to appreciate the scenery of the city. Since they have a restaurant inside, you may also eat there after having your me time.
