The Capelet is made from special vintage black velvet and moody floral cotton fabrics. It's fully reversible and features a pale yellow grosgrain ribbon tie. Wear it with your favorite dresses, sweaters and sweatshirts to add a fun statement collar! The Capelet has a neck measurement of up to 20" but can be made in a smaller or larger size- please just message me for a custom fit! Measurements: Neck- up to 20" Length- 7" Width- 20" While your Capelet can be washed, it's recommended to do by hand or on delicate in cold water and in a lingerie bag; hang to dry.
