Tipple & Slaw katipunan is usually known as a place to drink! I’ve been here more times for the food though! My favorite is the steak rice, but the shawarma and Katipunan Fried Chicken is also really delicious.
Two words: Spam Bombs. When you dine at Tipple and Slaw, make sure to order these Japanese umami bites that consist of chopped Spam coated in mashed potatoes then deep fried to perfection. Sprinkle in two kinds of seaweed and served with a side of spicy Tabasco sauce or mayo, and you’ve got your new favorite bar snack.
