By definition, a resort is where you go to relax and enjoy yourself from the usual busy life of the Metro. But with so many options, “where” could be a challenge. Here’s a list of the best resorts in the Philippines that you might want to add in your bucket list :)
It was a very good place to stay in Bantayan Island that offers modern native-inspired theme for a full Philippine home experience. It is conveniently placed few stones away from where the restaurant, church, market, stores, and shops are located. It also has the best sunset view in Sta. Fe. You can also rent a motorbike for only P250 a day to tour around the island. Just ask the guard and he will coordinate it for you 😉 I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in the Island.
F. Duarte St, Santa Fe, Cebu, Philippines
If you want to disconnect with the busy and loud city life, this is the place for you. It is where peaceful and clean environment, great beach and sunset view, and over the top relaxing accommodation all meet. You can even hear the sound of nature harmonizing that adds up to its calming feature. The attention to detail is very noteworthy. Structures were designed and built in such a way that it comes in tune with the beauty of the forest and the trees were preserved giving the place a cool ambiance. This resort definitely calls for a multiple visit! 😊
Brgy, Babak - Samal - Kaputian Rd, Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, 8119 Davao del Norte, Philippines
Kwentong dagat is an awesome beach-front resort! It homes triangular nipa cabins that make it unique and attractive. They serve the most delicious vegan meals and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. What really amazed me was how they set up the plants inside the shower giving you a feel of taking a bath in the middle of the jungle. Overall, Kwentong Dagat is a perfect destination if you want to have an exciting beach trip few hours away from Metro Manila
San Felipe, Zambales, Philippines
Perth Beach Resort gives you an overlooking view of the ocean with the surrounding islets nearby the shore. Such picturesque view can be enjoyed while dipping in an infinity pool on top of the hill. You could literally not help but to take a minute to stare into the beauty of the horizon and make peace with yourself. The climb to the top might be of a challenge to some, but you could stop from time to time and enjoy the view as you go up.
Sipalay, Negros Occidental, Philippines
Baler is widely known for being one of the greatest spots for surfing and Costa Pacifica remains the best accommodation if you are looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay complete with its own swimming pool and restaurant. The resort is so far one of the classy resorts in Baler that’s why it’s a little bit more expensive compared to nearby ones. They offer traditional Filipino dishes as well as your typical Western items. If ever you plan on paying Baler a visit, consider staying in this resort to compliment your vacation.
