One of the cleanest 茶餐廳 you’re ever find in Hong Kong. Food quality has high standards, and their 叉燒飯 is to die for. You can even smell the 叉燒 as you walk by the shop (I think this is intentional!!).

Definitely one of the BEST Hong Kong style noodle places I’ve had. The noodle is chewy like it’s supposed to be, wontons with real shrimps not minced, and beef briskets without overly strong flavors. Authentic places are hard to find these days. This one defintiely is a gem!
