Delicious Korean beef short ribs on a sizzling hot plate with potatoes, carrots and rice cake (known as Galbi jjim). There is an option to top it with cheese torched over the ribs. I ordered size M and it fed 4 people. In addition order the purple sticky rice and clear beef soup to cut the richness of the Galbi jjim.

Portland’s OG ice cream shop brought over to Downtown Disney. They sell staple flavors and seasonal flavors. I had the apple brandy & pecan pie (seasonal) and it was delicious! A lot of unique flavors which differentiates itself from other ice cream shops.

One of the best egg/ breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the fairfax sandwich. If I were to choose one it would be bacon egg and cheese because I loved the different textures and the richness is cut with their homemade tomato jam, which balances the entire sandwich out. The fairfax sandwich is more creamy...soft fluffy scrambled eggs topped with caramelized onions.

This gem is in the South Coast Plaza mall but don't be fooled- Hamamori is my favorite sushi/omakase/japanese place I've been to so far in Southern California. The head chef/owner James Hamamori is LEGENDARY. I've been going here since I was in high school. Super delicious fresh fish for the right price. I prefer sitting at the sushi bar where the sushi chef can recommend serve you the freshest fish during that season. The restaurants also serve hot plates for customers who are not a fan of raw fish.

After a nice stroll in at the Santa Monica Boardwalk, I decided to stop by the Water Grill for dinner. The vibe of the restaurant is super rustic. If you are craving fresh seafood, I highly recommend for you to check this place out. I recommend for you come with a group of friends and/or family as the dishes are made for sharing. We ordered: Fresh Oysters Fish of the day (option for charcoal grilled OR oven roasted with Escabech)- I don't remember the fish we ordered but it was recommended by the server, super moist and flakey. The restaurant serves the whole fish. Farmed Manila Clams with Chorizo- comes with crispy french baguette to soak in all the lyummy sauce Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Chestnut- one of the best side dishes I've had Atlantic Cod Fish Tacos- super crispy and delicious
