Something about the soft but firm texture of dumplings make me think that I might be addicted to it. One of the places that I could satisfy my craving around the area is Tasty Dumplings. Prices aren't that expensive and you get a wide variety of dumpling options to choose from- a lot of which you can't find at your "cheap mall dumpling carts" I highly recommend this place!
Won't ever forget this place. It was my first time doing field work in Binondo and my bosses wanted to eat lunch in this small restaurant around the area. Being the newbie and the 'baby girl' in the team, i didn't really know what to expect. They ordered for me and then came the biggest pork chop i've seen in my existence lol. It was an awkward time as it was my first day at field, first time to eat with the bosses, and i didn't want them to find out that i was 'masiba'. By the end of lunch time, i didn't even finish the whole pork chop because i was trying to be timid. Went back after a few weeks alone and i was so satisfied that i finally had the chance to finish the whole thing 😋

Crisp and light, this porkchop goes well with the steaming hot rice. You may drizzle on some of the sweet salty porkchop sauce on it to boost its flavor even more. If you're on a no rice diet, you may also have your porkchop with noodles or bihon! 😍 (That's still carbs, though 😆)

We get a lot of gigs in the UST area or Manila in general, but I live in Cavite, so I have to get there really early like 2 in the afternoon even when the gig’s at 9 in the evening.
